GPM BAZAAR — VENDOR/SELLER AGREEMENT

GPM Bazaar grants the Seller a non-exclusive right to list and sell products through gpmbazaar.com. This agreement is effective upon registration and acceptance of these terms.

The Seller must provide valid GST registration (if applicable), PAN/Aadhar, and a bank account in their business name. Sellers must be 18 years or older.

• Seller is responsible for accurate product titles, descriptions, photos, and pricing.
• No counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products may be listed.
• GPM Bazaar reserves the right to remove any listing without notice if it violates platform standards.
• Product photos must be original or royalty-free. No watermarked images.

• Seller sets their own product MRP.
• GPM Bazaar will deduct a platform commission of 8% per order before remitting payment to the Seller.
• Commission rates may be revised with 30-day notice.

• Upon receiving an order notification, the Seller must pack the product and hand it to Delivery Partners within 24–48 hours.
• Products must be packed securely. Damage due to poor packaging is Seller's responsibility.
• Seller must provide accurate product weight and dimensions for shipping.

• GPM Bazaar collects full payment from customers.
• Seller payouts are processed every 7 days (weekly) after deducting platform commission and any applicable refunds.
• GPM Bazaar will provide a payout statement with each transfer.

• Customers may raise return requests within 7 days of delivery for damaged or wrong items.
• If the return is Seller's fault (wrong/damaged product), the full refund amount will be deducted from Seller's payout.
• If the return is customer's fault (change of mind, etc.), GPM Bazaar will determine case-by-case resolution.

• Sellers must not contact customers outside the platform to divert sales.
• Sellers must not list the same product at a lower price on any other platform.

Seller warrants that all product listings, images, and descriptions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Seller will indemnify GPM Bazaar against any claims arising from such infringement.

GPM Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate Seller accounts for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or poor performance metrics. Sellers may terminate their account with 15 days' written notice.

GPM Bazaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Seller's sole remedy is termination of this agreement.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City/State].

GPM Bazaar may amend this agreement at any time. Sellers will be notified via email 30 days prior to any changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
